ui: fact wrap trimming and prompt alignment

Improves text wrapping and alignment in the session prompt UI.

• Fact display: Uses wrap-ansi instead of ink's wrap="wrap" to trim leading whitespace at wrap points, fixing ragged line breaks when long facts wrap (e.g., after double spaces).
• Prompt alignment: Moves the selection glyph (❯) into its own fixed 2-character box so wrapped prompt lines align under the first typed character, not under the glyph.
• Placeholder text: Renames "Start a cloud session…" to "Start a cloud agent…" for consistency.
