Pose viewer enhancements

1. Would be good to be able to vary the scale of the pose viewer - i.e. renderX and renderY are currently hardcoded constants - how coarse the view frame is, and consequently, how fat the lines are.
2. Would be good to have a grey outline of the data bounding box for the perpective projection.
