Add a way to get DOIs with a bad pattern

The crossref middleware checks the DOI pattern to crossref from firing an error. DOIs with a bad pattern should be available somewhere.

DOI with a bad pattern could mean that the parser code (or platform
analysis) is wrong and should be fixed.
This is why it could be interesting to have the log line generating bad DOI
somewhere.

Actually I added this pattern check because the parser of Annual Review returned a DOI that included the querystring of the URL :)
