fixing unknown domains?

hi - trying to figure out how to get the unknown domains listed in our stats report = how do we add url strings in there?

here's the kind of alert we get now

active-alerts	unknown-domains
alert-1	pubmed-ncbi-nlm-nih-gov.proxy1.library.virginia.edu is unknown but represents 26% of the log lines
alert-2	www-uptodate-com.proxy1.library.virginia.edu is unknown but represents 21% of the log lines
