…r text Folds the naming into sentences that were already there rather than adding standalone blocks: the intro's existing InnerSource Commons link now names it as the upstream source for general InnerSource practice, and the charter objective links to InnerSource Commons in place.

Two small additions that name InnerSource Commons as the upstream source for general InnerSource practice:
docs/intro.md- a short note clarifying that InnerSource Commons curates the patterns, learning path, and body of knowledge that apply across every industry, and that the FINOS InnerSource SIG builds on that foundation for the concerns particular to financial services.docs/finos_innersource_sig_charter.md- a linked goal pointing to InnerSource Commons as the upstream community for InnerSource patterns and knowledge.Both changes stay in the existing voice and format of the surrounding docs.
