UIIN-3677: Move number generator settings menu item

Purpose

Description
Due to the new number generator for Instance identifier the “Number generator options” are relevant for Instance level as well, in addition to the existing generators on Holdings level (Call number) and Item level (Accession number, Call number, Item barcode),

• therefore the menu item “Number generator options” needs to be displayed at Settings > Inventory > Instances, Holdings, Items
• no change in capabilities / capability sets

current:
Menu item Number generator options is integrated in Settings > Inventory > Holdings, Items

new:
Menu item Number generator options is integrated in Settings > Inventory > Instances, Holdings, Items

Due to alphabetical order, menu item “Number generator options” is displayed between “HRID handling” and “Statistical code types”

Approach

Moving menu item NumberGeneratorSettings to section instanceHoldingsItem, between hridHandling and statisticalCodeTypes
