5.1 SRD Update: 5th Level Spells

This one's gonna be a doozy.

• Icon updates for spells.
• More Active Effect to track ongoing stuff.
• More Activities for actions that don't consume spell slots.
• Spells should be much more useable
• Some spells done as self-enchants (scrying as an example)

Scrying being an example of a weirder style of doing enchants with spells, I've been using this example of the scrying spell for the last maybe half year to 3/4s a year and do think its an improvement to the current form of the spell (5.1's singular activity and 5.2's boatload of activities) but I would appreciate some more feedback on it from others. This change is probably the most controversial one I've proposed.
