Dependency-only lockfile change for docs/Jupyter markdown tooling; mistune 3.3.0 is a security-oriented patch release with no application code touched.

Overview
Updates the root poetry.lock so mistune moves from 3.0.2 to 3.3.0, pulled in through the docs stack (e.g. nbconvert). The new release tightens markdown parsing and rendering (DoS fixes in link/reference/formatting paths, safer URLs and include directives, better escaping) and now lists typing-extensions on Python < 3.11; minimum Python for the package is 3.8.

The lockfile was also refreshed under Poetry 2.4.1 (from 1.6.1), which adds groups / markers metadata and incidental wheel/hash updates across many existing dependencies—no direct pyproject.toml changes in this diff.
