Note

Low Risk
Dependency-only lockfile change for a dev/Jupyter transitive package; no application source changes, though markdown parsing behavior may differ slightly in notebooks.

Overview
Updates mistune from 3.0.2 to 3.3.0 in libs/experimental/poetry.lock. It is pulled in as a dev dependency (nbconvert / Jupyter), not a direct pyproject.toml dependency.

The newer release brings security and robustness fixes for Markdown parsing (e.g. O(n²) DoS in link/reference parsing, safer URL and include handling, escaping improvements) plus minor parser/CLI changes. The resolved package now lists typing-extensions when Python is below 3.11 and requires Python ≥3.8.

The lockfile diff also reflects Poetry 2.4.1 lock format (e.g. groups / markers on entries); that is tooling metadata, not an application code change.

Risk: low. Approved: mechanical Dependabot mistune bump (3.0.2→3.3.0) in libs/experimental/poetry.lock; Bugbot passed with no findings and no Security Agent check was present. Lockfile metadata refresh only—no other dependency version changes.
