@Zeitsperre I also don't know about the Debian things and where https://pywps.org points to. Can we make it an alias to RTD? ping @jachym @tomkralidis @ldesousa here is the RTD link: https://pywps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ |

Overview
This PR prepares the next minor release of PyWPS (4.8.0).
Related Issue / Discussion
I've added the changelog information to the debian changelog with my GitHub-masked email. I'm not sure if this needs to be either an unmasked email (Void Linux asks for this) or soemone already registered with Debian as a maintainer (@cehbrecht?). The information under
controlseems very out-of-date as well.The other issue is that the ReadTheDocs builds of PyWPS are working, but I'm not sure if we should be deploying the docs to https://pywps.org/. The last build of the docs seen there is dated 2016.
