The SQL utils moved from `@sentry/core/server` into `packages/server-utils/src/utils/sql.ts` in #23828, but four call sites kept importing the old `_INTERNAL_`-prefixed names from core. `@sentry/server-utils:build:types` fails, Nx bails, and roughly 30 downstream packages never build - `develop` is red. Point knex, tedious and the Prisma tracing helper at the local `utils/sql` module and nuxt at `@sentry/server-utils`, matching how the already-migrated integrations import them.
