Overview
Due to NixOS/nixpkgs#354146 nixpkgs has reorganized darwin sdks/packages.
This implements the new organization scheme while maintaining the old.
Even though this repo has nixpkgs pinned to before that change, sometimes it's necessary downstream to bump nixpkgs. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to bump nixpkgs in llama.cpp.
I tested this change by building llama-cpp via nix on my M1 mac on 25.11 and unstable. Before it would not build.
