- Replaces _install.sh with docsy.dev install:all script. This makes the NPM scripts symmetric and reduced technical debt. - Clarifies intent of docsy.dev/scripts/install-hugo.sh - Ensures tests/smoke.test.mjs creates tmp dir if it dne
