Overview
Renovate bumps google.golang.org/genproto/googleapis/rpc to digest 925bb5da69e7 in the root module and apps/historian.

The root replace for that module and the matching go.sum checksums move to the new snapshot; indirect require entries in both go.mod files are aligned to the same version. googleapis/api pins and the broader genproto workaround comments are unchanged.

The google.golang.org/genproto/googleapis/rpc replace now points at commit b703f567277d, while google.golang.org/genproto, googleapis/api, and historian’s googleapis/api indirect stay on older snapshots. The workaround comment requires the same snapshot across those modules to avoid ambiguous imports and duplicate RPC types.
