At the end of the program, we connect participants with tech employers and work with them every step of the way to make sure they get a great job.

Our partners are comfortable hiring developers who work remote and they get someone who delivers from Day 1.
We ideally work with university students who are in their last year of study and who know basics of programming. We've also accepted participants in the past who were looking to switch a job in tech, or who want to update themselves with battle tested tools that are new and currently being used by forward thinking companies.
