Problem:
When Harvester users change their Overcommit CPU & Memory settings, they don't apply to their existing Harvester VMs.

KB Article to help users batch apply their Overcommit CPU & Memory settings to their existing Harvester VMs.

I create a script to batch update the settings, located here:
https://github.com/pfischbacher/harvester-overcommit-update-script, but I would like to move it to a repository that is more fitting. For example https://github.com/rancherlabs/support-tools
