What changed
Why
The catalog mirror still carries Agent Guard 2.0.1 while the upstream plugin manifest is 3.0.0. Updating the README entry triggers the repository's post-merge generator, which pulls the latest plugin bundle from
JeongJaeSoon/agent-guardand refreshesplugins/,plugins.json, and.agents/plugins/marketplace.json.Agent Guard v3 is local by default and has no telemetry. It blocks or masks secret leaks across supported Claude Code and Codex hooks, adds opt-in PII filtering, and retains Git and CI backstops.
