Add X (Twitter) Skills (Codex plugin) to Tools & Integrations

Adds sergebulaev/x-skills, the X (Twitter) sibling of linkedin-skills (already listed here). Native .codex-plugin manifest; writes tweets and threads with corpus-validated hook formulas, plus humanizer, hook extraction, reply drafting, content planning, and audience insights. Also works in Claude Code. HOL AI Plugin Scanner runs in CI on the repo (same security pack as linkedin-skills). Single-line entry added right after the linkedin-skills entry in Tools & Integrations.
