known issue - ARM64 deb build does not show CEF Gui when run via UTM on Mac without hardware acceleration for the display

Currently we need to use the UI from a web browser pointed to localhost:4680

Error shown on the console is

ERR: Display.cpp:1083 (initialize): ANGLE Display::initialize error 0: Internal Vulkan error (-3): Initialization of an object could not be completed for implementation-specific reasons, in ../../third_party/angle/src/libANGLE/renderer/vulkan/vk_renderer.cpp, initialize:1773.

If we keep focus on the console, OpenSpace crashes after a minute or so. If we open localhost:4680 on a web browser, we are able to use OpenSpace, does not crash.
