Add documentation for the new Easywave integration.

This integration provides support for Easywave 868 MHz USB transceivers (RX11) in Home Assistant. It enables gateway connection monitoring with automatic USB disconnect/reconnect detection and includes regulatory compliance checks for the 868 MHz ISM band.
