%Admin_Secure:U required to use WebTerminal in 2026.1

Added the WebTerminal role to terminalsocket app

• added %Admin_Secure:U privilege to the WebTerminal role in order to avoid ERROR #921 with IRIS 2026.1

Hi, thanks for contribution! I don't have an ability to run/test this, so your help to create a new release would be beneficial if you have a running IRIS instance.

1. Using nvm (nodejs v 12-14 I guess) and gulpfile.babel.js you will get these cls files updated locally and see if the diff is correct (I can actually assist here but need some time)
2. Then you need to import them to IRIS and export in XML format, place here with a version bump in sources, this will let webterminal self-update if that still works
3. 1 needs to be tested with zpm
