allow for window resizing

Updated game loop implementation and renderer to handle window resizing.

• Updated FixedTimestepGame and VariableTimestepGame to adjust projection on window resize.
• Modified DynamicRenderer to set projection based on window size.
• Added window resizing functionality in Window class.
