Summary

@jeffgo10/react-canvas-designer@1.3.1 was published with pnpm exec npm publish, which left workspace:* dependencies in the tarball and broke storefront installs. This PR pins the monorepo to 1.3.2 (already published via pnpm publish --filter with rewritten deps) and documents the publish pitfall.
