Add the share group coordinator settings so that share groups / Queues
for Kafka (KIP-932) are available out of the box. The image already
ships Kafka 4.x, but 'share' is not in the default rebalance protocol
list ('classic,consumer,streams'), so it must be enabled explicitly.
