Adds a Related repositories section near the top of the README and a matching table-of-contents entry.
The three thesis repos depend on each other in a pipeline — doppa-data-contribution publishes the datasets, this repo benchmarks them, and doppa-analytics reads the results to build the thesis figures and tables. The new section makes that data → benchmark → analysis flow explicit and links both siblings so a reader landing here can find the other two.
