Single NEW optional boolean on res.company (l10n_gcc_dual_language_invoice) plus new invoice/config-settings views and a DEL of the old arabic_english_invoice view. Odoo's update_db handles the column; standard module-upgrade flow removes the legacy view. No migration logic. Marks docsource status 'Nothing to do' for Test OpenUpgrade migration MODULES_NEW inclusion.
