Usage:
- apply the open API and set the secret key in 'openasr/config.py'
- prepare the dataset as testdata/dataset, including 'text', 'wav.scp', 'utt2dur' three files.
- run 'openasr/run_dataset.py' to recognize the wavs and compute WER.
