Refactor the memblaze plugin by moving the SMART log additional (log ID 0xCA) data structures and handling logic from memblaze-nvme.c into a dedicated memblaze-smart-log-add-x.c/.h file for better code organization and maintainability. Signed-off-by: jinhua.huang <jinhua.huang@memblaze.com>
