@CAMOBAP left the team in Jan 2025; live workflow assignments still target their handle, so cimas sync PRs and repo-watcher discovery issues have been landing on a departed team member's dashboard. - cimas.yml settings.assignees: default assignees for cimas-generated sync PRs (currently every wave), now opoudjis + ronaldtse. opoudjis is the active sync-wave manager; ronaldtse retains oversight. - ci-repo-watcher.yml assignees: issue-open targets when a new repository is discovered in the org, now opoudjis + ronaldtse. metanorma/ci/comment-or-create accepts comma-separated assignees (verified against its action.yml). Closes #197.
