Refs metanorma/isodoc#830

Documentation batch branch for accumulating metanorma.org changes.

First change: document that document-extension metadata under bibdata/ext
(coverpage-image, etc.) is folded into the Liquid bibdata object, addressable
as bibdata.ext.coverpage_image.image.src (underscored keys). Added in isodoc
v3.7.1 (isodoc#830).

⚠️ Placeholder to resolve before this batch is cut

flavors/iso/topics/formats.adoc now documents the new ISO sts_html output
format, but its [added in …] tag uses a vNEXT placeholder, not a real
release. sts_html ships with metanorma-iso#1610 (native ISO-STS transformer
adoption), which is gated on the relaton-2.2 / pubid-2 prod release — likely
some weeks out.

Before cutting this batch, replace vNEXT in that file with the actual
metanorma-iso release that includes #1610 (likely a minor version).

Correction: the sts_html doc has been moved off this batch into its own
draft PR — metanorma.org#927 — because it is held until metanorma-iso#1610 ships
(gated on the relaton-2.2 / pubid-2 release). Please disregard my earlier
vNEXT-placeholder note here; this batch no longer contains it.

Document that bibliography predefined text is normative-references only

Clarify that predefined boilerplate text is provided only for normative
references (normative=true); informative bibliographies receive none, and
`(default)` resolves only within normative references. Predefined text and
boilerplate for informative bibliographies is not currently supported.
