The non-convention id `org.gradle.toolchains.foojay-resolver` was never published at 1.0.0 to the Gradle Plugin Portal, breaking CI. Switch to the canonical `-convention` id which exists at 1.0.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
