What this PR does

• Replaces the MemPalace Jupyter notebook with a Markdown tutorial centered on the MemPalace CLI.
• Uses a real subset of the public Milvus documentation as the searchable corpus.
• Demonstrates explicit wing and room organization, semantic search, room-scoped search, and exact-term retrieval.
• Adds validated reference outputs and a Python example for inspecting the underlying Milvus collections.
• Uses Milvus Lite for the end-to-end workflow and documents optional Milvus server and Zilliz Cloud settings.

Validation

• Mined 31 Markdown files into 473 drawers with MemPalace and Milvus Lite.
• Verified the three documented search examples and their expected source files.
• Verified the collection inspection script with the documented uv run command.
• Confirmed Markdown code fences and whitespace checks.
