pr: #53308
Dependency: milvus-io/milvus-proto#668 must be available in a 3.0-compatible go-api version before this backport can compile without a local replacement.

Summary

  • Backport collection-level compaction task, segment lineage, and serving-state observability to 3.0.
  • Backport serial L3 Python data-integrity E2E coverage for Insert, Import, DDL, and storage-version transitions.

Cherry-pick the current master implementation from PR milvus-io#53308, using the merged milvus-proto 3.0 API and preserving the 3.0 dependency baseline and existing log-report behavior.
