docs: document sdk on version nodes

Summary

• Documents sdk support on version nodes for ENG-10850 on api-playground/sdk-reference-setup.mdx (English page only; localization handled separately).
• Updates the Note restricting sdk to tabs/groups to include versions.
• Adds a "Version your SDK reference" section with a two-version example and explains the sdk-reference/<version> default directory and the requirement for unique explicit directory values per version.
• Updates the directory ParamField description with the version-scoped default.

Important

Merge only after the platform PRs implementing sdk-on-version-nodes ship.
