Add newly available MCP tools: Display-Query, Get-Business-Context, List-Organizations, List-Properties, Search-Entities, Bulk-Edit-Events, Bulk-Edit-Properties, Update-Business-Context, Create/Get/List/Update-Metric, Get-Experiment-Setup-Guidance, Get-Experiment-Results-Interpretation-Guidance, Get-Feature-Flag-Setup-Guidance, and Get-Feature-Flag-Lifecycle-Guidance. Remove obsolete Get-Property-Names (replaced by List-Properties) and Get-Event-Details (merged into Get-Events). Add new Metrics category.
