Context

Agora PR #1010 widens runtime manifest evaluation_bindings so generated deadline_peer_snapshot evaluation roles can be represented without an artifact_id. Agora's canonical runtime manifest schema now has sha256 1ab18077670a1f3c8466a65bab01d3fc5bfd2dbaef528b12cbff288003bb8b1e.

Change

• Revendor schema/scorer-runtime-manifest.canonical.schema.json from the Agora implementation branch.
• Update schema/scorer-runtime-manifest.canonical.sha256 to the matching canonical hash.
