Fixes #461
Neovim requires user-defined function names to start with a capital
letter to distinguish them from built-in functions. Previously, when
users registered functions with lowercase names, the function would be
added to the manifest but fail at runtime with a confusing "Unknown
function" error.
This commit adds validation in three places:
The validation now provides a clear error message explaining that
function names must start with a capital letter due to Neovim's
naming requirements.
