The debugging page refers to the DDT debugger, which is no longer installed on our platform. I added a warning banner to indicate that there are ongoing discussions as to whether a new license should be purchased.

Ye've added a warning about the missing DDT debugger and finally put some backticks around the FAILED state, but the job's only half-done.
