Add Japan (JP) region endpoints for mobile data collector and connect API. Adds JP to REGION_MAPPINGS, REGIONAL_ENDPOINTS, and buildTokenEndpoint(). Confirmed endpoints: mobile-collector.jp.nr-data.net.
