The README listed `pod 'NewRelicVideoCore'`, but the published pod is `NewRelicVideoAgent` (NewRelicVideoCore is only the internal module_name for backward-compat on the framework import). INSTALLATION.md is already correct; this aligns the README with it.

Enables QoE tracking by default and sets the interval multiplier default to 2. Part of NR-573376.
