lkf_tools python package

The LKF detection and tracking algorithms are now available as an installable python package. The package includes helpful wrapper classes to read, process, and extract LKFs in netcdf files. Tutorials how to use the package are provided as Jupyter notebooks using public available data.

First release of lkf_tools

This is the first release of lkf_tools, in the version described in:
