LuneInstaller for Windows

GUI installer for the Lune runtime for Windows.

Building yourself

Run python build.py to build the uninstaller, updater and installer.
The results will be saved to a ./dist folder

Have the uninstaller remove Lune from PATH (should be pretty easy I'm just lazy)

Fix the bug with pesde that doesn't download for some reason
