Description

  1. Update NCS to 3.4.0.
  2. Make necessary adjustments to code and doc.
  3. Remove Partition Manager files from remaining platforms.
  4. Switch from fixed-partitions to zephyr,mapped-partition when defining flash partitions to align with the current Zephyr recommendations.
