Adds a Bug tab that reads the current rotating Retune log, filters INFO/WARN/ERROR entries, copies session context through the last problem, and opens an email draft when RETUNE_SUPPORT_EMAIL is injected at build time.
This PR is temporarily stacked on #28 and should be retargeted to ui-tweaks after #28 lands.
Checks:
Manual UI automation is pending because Computer Use could not discover a capturable Retune window despite the installed app launching and logging normally.
