Fix VCS incompatible type issue

Summary

This PR fixes an issue where VCS throws an "Incompatible complex type" error. The fix ensures compatibility with both Questa and VCS.

Changes

• Updated cv32e40p_load_store_instr_lib.sv to assign the dynamic array to a temporary queue before usage.
• Applied the same fix to cv32e40p_loop_instr.sv.
• Verified that the fix works on both Questa and VCS (tested with V-2023.12-SP1-1).

• Similar issue observed in Incorporate UNSUPPORTED_WITH kludge for VCS #2393
• Related PR: Remove UNSUPPORTED_WITH workaround for VCS (resolved as of V-2023.12-1) #2402 (where an earlier workaround was removed)

Testing

• No functional changes expected.
