Play store to hide apps without a release in the last two years

According to https://www.cnet.com/tech/mobile/one-third-of-apple-and-google-apps-are-so-outdated-they-could-get-removed/ Google is planning to hide apps whose last update was more than two years ago. OI Safe's last release was 2017 so it looks like it'll be caught.

It's unclear whether this means OI Safe just can't be installed on new new/reflashed devices, or Google will remotely delete it for everyone. Either way that's bad news for anyone using it to store their secrets.

If the application is still supported can you release a modern build?

Same here moved to a new phone and looks like it's gone and I can't install. I love this because it all local. Anyway to fix this?
