From v0.1 (stable) to v0.2 (unstable)

Note that the dependency list evolve. So if you decide to use the unstable branch, you should subscribe to the mailing-list.

Debian/Ubuntu/whatever

$ sudo apt-get install zlib1g-dev libjpeg-dev libblas-dev libatlas-dev liblapack-dev gfortran g++ cython
$ sudo pip install numpy scikit-learn
$ git clone https://github.com/jflesch/paperwork.git
$ cd paperwork
$ git checkout unstable
$ sudo python ./setup.py install
$ paperwork-chkdeps

From an old unstable to latest unstable

$ cd paperwork
$ git pull
$ sudo python ./setup.py install
$ paperwork-chkdeps
