Describe the problem
DellEMC VEP-1400(-X) devices have entered the second-hand market. Attempts to set these devices up with OPNsense are met with challenges due to the extra logic chips that are not in the normal x86-64 spec.
Describe the proposed solution
This pull request brings in a new plugin that adds rc.syshook scripts, PHP frontend code, backend scripts, and a dashboard widget to configure/monitor these devices. Some more work (a kernel patch and maybe a plugin to manage EtherSwitch config) is needed for VEP-1400 (aka Edge 610) devices since they use a Marvell switch chip connected to ix0 over MDIO.
