This seems to be a workaround for missing support in the Flatpak (flathub/com.visualstudio.code#373) - not sure why that hasn't been merged. I'd rather get that fixed then work around it. |

As the code is today, even in Wayland environments vcode is getting launch in XWayland mode.
This PR makes vcode run in Wyaland mode when in Wayland environments.
