Rename files

$ mv ormconfig.json.exemple ormconfig.json
$ mv .env.exemple .env

Access the root folder

$ npm install
$ npm run up

if first running

$ docker exec -it api_rentx_container /bin/bash
$ npm run seed:admin
$ exit
